The University of Nicosia has invested in a new state-of-the-art interactive and creative technologies facility. The lab consists of two HTC Vive-based room-scale VR spaces with a 4x4m play area. Two players can interact within the same virtual environment at the same time. An infrared-blocking curtain stops interference between the laser light emitted from the Vive Satelites. The VR workstations are powered by NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080ti graphics cards.

The lab also consists of two LG webOS Smart Signage displays for teaching and for interactive graphics development based on hand and body movements.
